Order Processing Time

We move fast.

  • Standard orders: Processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Peak periods (Nov–Dec, major racing carnivals): Allow an extra 1–2 business days.
  • Custom or limited-run items: Processing time will be listed on the product page.

Processing time = before your order ships.

We ship using the most reliable Australian carriers:

  • Australia Post (Standard & Express)
  • Aramex (selected areas)
  • CouriersPlease (urban and metro zones)

The carrier used depends on your location and item type.

Every order includes tracking.

Delivery Timeframes

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
  • Remote & regional areas: Add 1–3 business days

New Zealand

  • Standard International: 7–14 business days
  • Express: 4–7 business days (Customers are responsible for duties/taxes.)

Rest of the World

  • Standard International: 10–21 business days Customs fees/taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages

Delays can happen due to weather, carrier issues, or peak seasons.

If your order is marked delivered but not received:

Contact us within 3 days of the “delivered” scan. We will:

  1. Confirm details with the carrier
  2. Complete a trace or investigation
  3. Send a replacement or offer a resolution based on the carrier’s outcome

If your package is lost in transit:

We’ll replace the order once the carrier confirms it cannot be located.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
  • Customs delays or fees
  • Carrier delays outside our control

Holiday & Busy Season Schedule

November–December, major racing carnivals, and promotional events increase order volume.

  • Add 2 extra business days to processing during peak periods
  • Order by December 15th for Christmas delivery within Australia
  • International customers should order as early as possible

International Duties & Taxes

For all non-Australian orders, duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility. We won’t refund or replace orders returned due to unpaid customs charges.

Address Issues

If you enter the wrong address:

  • Contact us immediately
  • If the order has not shipped, we’ll update it
  • If it has shipped, we cannot reroute it

Orders returned due to address issues can be resent at the customer’s cost.

Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

Occasionally we run pre-orders for special punting or racing designs.

  • Production times will always be listed on the product page
  • Shipping timeframes begin after production is complete
