Our Promise

We back our gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll sort it.

This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work at PuntingTees.com.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for:

  • Incorrect items received
  • Faulty, damaged, or misprinted items
  • Size exchanges (conditions apply)

Return window:

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With tags (if applicable)

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items marked final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Change-of-mind refunds (we offer exchanges instead)

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your tee arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered:

  1. Email us at [email protected]
  2. Include photos of the issue
  3. We’ll replace the item or refund you — your choice

We will cover all return shipping costs for faults or errors on our end.

3. Size Exchanges

Got the wrong size? No stress.

We offer one free size exchange per order within Australia.

How it works:

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and new size
  2. We’ll approve the exchange
  3. You send the original item back
  4. Once received, we ship the correct size

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Tip: If you're unsure on sizing, message us — we’re fast.

4. Refunds

Refunds apply for:

  • Faulty items
  • Incorrect items
  • Orders we cannot fulfil
  • Missing items that the carrier confirms lost

Refund method:

Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Refund timing:

Please allow 3–7 business days after approval for the refund to appear.

5. Lost or Missing Packages

If your order is marked "delivered" but you didn’t receive it:

  • Contact us within 3 days
  • We’ll open a carrier investigation
  • If confirmed lost or mis-delivered, we’ll replace or refund

We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

6. Returns Shipping Costs

  • Faulty/incorrect items: We cover postage
  • Size exchanges: Customer covers postage
  • Change-of-mind: Not eligible for returns or refunds

7. International Orders

We accept returns for faulty or incorrect international orders. Customers are responsible for all return postage costs.

We do not refund or replace items detained or returned due to unpaid customs fees.

8. How to Start a Return

Email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if item is faulty or incorrect)

We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with next steps.
